The manufacturers state these are sterile already, but we want to be absolutely sure… We personally steam sterilize ALL of our pen cartridges in house using our Class B autoclave before shipping to you. We truly value the safety and integrity of your research and will not compromise that.
The steam sterilization indicators on the sleeves change from light blue to gray/black after proper temperatures are reached. Other suppliers sell cartridges with the sterilization indicators still blue, and others look like they’ve been colored in with a sharpie. We don’t trust that, and neither should you!
